Initial Evaluation — $150
An in-depth evaluation including movement assessment, injury analysis, goal discussion, and the development of a customized plan of care.

Treatment Session — $150
Individualized treatment sessions designed to restore function, enhance performance, and support a confident return to training, sport, and active living.

Insurance Reimbursement Support
As a mostly direct-pay practice, Greater PT is able to provide a higher level of individualized care. We are selective about the insurance plans we choose to be in-network with to allow us to focus on our goal: Incredible care. A superbill is available for clients who would like to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.
